Parents everywhere buzzed for five days, puzzling over the possible child authorship of an unsigned rule book for life, found outside a Northern California WalMart store. Apparently, a young WalMart parking lot employee found the wee binder outside of the Citrus Heights store. Raymond Flores said he spotted the miniature missive, as he was collecting empty shopping carts near the popular discount store.
After making an online plea, the authors of the rule book were discovered.
