"If only for one Second" ...Mimi Project aims to help cancer patients feel "care free" after they get outrageous makeovers.

"You know what I miss the most? Being carefree."
These are the words that inspired a new project that aims to help cancer patients forget their illness -- "if only for a second."
The Mimi Foundation, in collaboration with Leo Burnett France, brought together 20 cancer patients in June. The men and women thought they'd be receiving a typical makeover, but they were asked to close their eyes while being done up.
When they open their eyes, they come face to face with their new, outrageous makeovers. They can't help but laugh -- and, for a moment at least, they're once again carefree.
